I was pleased with the entire process. Communication and coordination was good. The driver was flexible with pickup and delivery process. Original pickup day had to be adjusted and the driver was very accommodating. The driver was very helpful and friendly, we talked several times on the phone and he offered to assist me with the vehicle once it was removed from his trailer.
