My dad lost his home to hurricane Ian in September and recently needed to transport his car back to Florida to move back. Their initial quote was $500 but on the actual day of transport they said the original truck had issues and they needed to charge me an extra $300 for a total of $800. There was already a quote for $500 that was NOT abided by!
My dad had no choice to use this company because he needed transportation the day he arrived back in Florida. After paying $300 extra dollars the car WAS STILL A DAY LATE! I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend it! I believe it is all a scam. My poor dad is on an extremely tight budget because of the hurricane and he’s also 80 years old! I’m so so so extremely disappointed!
