I had a vehicle that I needed transported from California to NC. They lure you in with the low cost, then creep it up day by day, and make promises it would be picked up. I gave them their deposit, and noted the sense of urgency because the vehicle was "at risk" from being towed because my brother parked it on the street without license plate tags. The vehicle worked when I made the order, yet the transport guy couldn't get it on the transport vehicle and just LEFT it there! It took over another week, higher rates daily, and promises to pick it up. That never happened. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my deposit back and they say they're going to "sue me". Really? I gave them OVER 3 weeks to get this vehicle picked up, negotiated with the local police department and finally gave up because THEY did not get my vehicle to me. BTW - this was my mother's vehicle I was trying to get back to NC because she died in October 2021 and left this vehicle to me. NEEDLESS to say, I'm playing hell trying to get back my deposit for services UN-rendered! Read the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has problems with this company.
