I thought that our case would be very complicated since I was only in San Antonio a very limited amount of time and wanted the car picked up before I left and of course, being me, I waited until the very last minute to call. I was very pleasantly surprised when Jessica (ext 123) was able to take care of it with no hassle. My car was picked up the next day and was in VA right after I arrived. She was great to work with and made the company one that we will keep in mind when we need to do this again.
