Customer service lady Jessica is really professional and extremly patient to listening your requirements. Highly responsive, either phone/email since I experienced both.

Vehicle was delivered in as it is condition by two professional handlers. Payment was demanded on delivery in cash except partial deposit which I paid in advance $175. I exchanged key for cash due balance in less than 2 minutes with one of the handler and guess what? WROOM>>>>>
I had a great experience which was unexpected part which I never imagined or thought of. It was regular communication from the driver from day ONE since I received first email about order confirmation. I never had to call Jessica to make any follow up on the status of the delivery. Driver took care of this part very well untill he reached me out.

Good luck whole team specially Jessica who made all efforts to deliver excellent customer service complying business policies.
