Car was picked up on time and arrived with no damages or problems. I called the driver to ask him a couple questions about the car after it was delivered. I'm deployed in Kuwait and needed to verify some things about the car. He was very helpful and friendly which I believe shows that UFA picks drivers in good standing and will throw out the bad apples. Jessica was very helpful and reliable. I would definitely use UFA again and would not hesitate to recommend them. I think they strike a good median between price and quality.
