I have spoken to Kerry, at the loading end, and to Becca at the receiving end. Both have expressed positive impressions of the driver and the total transport project.
The driver actually performed above-and-beyond his duty. At the time of pick up, an important component failed to be loaded (not the fault of the driver). Your driver consented to pull of the road & wait for Kerry to catch-up and load the component.
Becca reports that this restored 1971 Chevy C-10 arrived in excellent condition.
As for my involvement, I will remind you that I have organized this transport from Australia. United Freight of America, and especially you, Jess, have made this an efficient and pleasurable experience. UFA might not be the cheapest transported, but you are worth every penny.
