DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! I contacted them with more than a month in advance to get 2 of my cars picked up from Virginia and delivered to California. Gil, the transport manager gave me a good quote and told me that I will not have any problems. when the date of pickup was approaching I called him several times and he said that everything was good to go. A few days before the pickup date I started calling because the carrier never contacted me, and that is when their service started to show their true colors. I left Gil a dozen messages to which he responded to none. Finally four days after the pickup date someone, not Gil, called me and told me that in order to pickup the cars I would have to pay 31% more than the established rate, I told them to "go pound sand". do not get tricked that is their MO, they go with a lower price and then when the date is upon you they ask for more money. Lucky for me I was n ot desperate to get my cars here so I was able to get a PROFESSIONAL carrier to transport my cars. My reccomendation is to stay very far away from Gil and United Car Transport.

Mr Juan-Carlos United Car transport do not have a contract with you!!! you have the wrong company!!! you are not our customer, please check again, i believe you are looking for United Auto Transport. we had that mistake before best regards United CAR transport
