I contacted United Car Transport after reading the good reviews online. We agreed on a price for an enclosed carrier, but they could never arrange any shipper to pick up my vehicle. From the start, I was led to believe there would not be a problem getting my car to me. I had to contact them to find out what the problem was when I never heard back. Then, they said either I could add more money than what we agreed on to "grease the palm" of a driver to come into NYC to get my car, or change the shipment to an open carrier. I was able to arrange shipping through a different company when they told me all this and the car was able to be picked up the next day. I would not recommend anyone using them.

Mr Ward United Car transport do not have a contract with you!!! you have the wrong company!!! you are not our customer, please check again, i believe you are looking for United Auto Transport. we had that mistake before best regards United CAR transport
