                        I ABSOLUTELY DID REFUND THIS CUSTOMERS DEPOSIT. DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS I WAS UNABLE TO REDISPATCH THESE CARS AFTER I HAD A DRIVER CANCEL DUE TO HIS TRUCK BEING OVERWEIGHT.  I DID TRY TO ACCOMADATE THIS CUSTOMER BY HAVING HER PLACE THE CARS IN A SAFE PLACE OR AT A FRIENDS HOUSE UNTIL MY TRUCKS WERE LOADING AGAIN. WHEN THIS CUSTOMER PLACED HER ORDER, I EXPLAINED THAT THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS I COULDNT GAURANTEE A PICK UP.  SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD.
