Well, I should have just driven my car across the country or paid up for a quality, possibly even enclosed, auto shipper. While the reservation service United Auto Movers provided was just fine they unfortunately selected a terrible shipper (Redline) that ended up damaging my car, denying everything, and then refusing to answer calls regarding insurance.

Avoid Redline for sure, and if you want to try to use United make sure they reserve you a quality auto shipper.

Bad experience all around.

We take our claims very seriously and have been working with redline to resolve this issue for our customer. We will not be using Redline again to transport our vehicles.
