These comments are baseless and without merrit. The customer left the INOPERABLE vehicle at a location where the driver could not fit his hauler. We specifically told the customer there is no way driver can fit his hauler to pickup his car at the pickup location. We were never fired, we canceled the order since there is no way for us to pick it up. We were in contact at all times with the customer figuring out a way to work things out with the driver. This customer was extremely rude with our employees and it goes to show why he posted this review. If this were all true we would not be in business. We never promise anyone the world, this is what the customer expected to get this done in his own world. We went the extra mile to get his vehicle picked up however customer would not come to an agreement with driver.
