Low rate quote at the first place, by the time deposit was put they clearly stated that my order and driver was confirmed. On the pick up day, they ditch me and wouldn’t tell that no driver is coming until I have been asking for driver ETA for > 2hrs past the scheduled time
Since I have a low guaranteed rate, when they couldn’t find anyone to do the job and raise the quote, they send me a new contract with now price instead. (contract is a joke here)
Do not expect them to answer you anything by message and calls, they just don’t answer
