We worked with Deirdra. SHE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE COMPANY ROYALTY. SERIOUSLY. This company is OUTSTANDING. My husband and I have been going through the hardest thing we have ever had to go through in our twenty years of marriage. Our teenage son is suffering from mental illness. He ran away last week after being discharged from the hospital. He took the keys to his car, and just took off. We filed a missing person report and an Amber Alert from where we live in Gainesville, FL. Our son was found in Huntsville, Texas the next day by their local police. He was in a gas station parking lot with no gas, and no money. He was dazed and very lost. The Huntsville police contacted Gainesville police and my husband. My husband immediately got in his car and headed the fourteen hours straight there. Our son was in no condition to drive his 2006 Mustang back to Florida, so my husband left the car in Texas in an impound lot. (They were great, too. Also very empathetic and understanding.) I called Ultimate 123 Transport and was connected with Deirdra. The way she moved the sun and stars to get our son's car home was nothing short of angelic. Deirdra made the whole process ?? stress-free. She organized EVERYTHING. She gave us a phenomenal price of $895 with no extra fees. SHE EVEN TOOK $50 Off because of everything we're going through. No other company even came close!!! (The closest was $1634.25 with a $400 deposit.) Deirdra not only got the car back to us safely, but also so fast! Within three days. We didn't have to fret about the car AT ALL. Deirdra treated us as if we are her family. She was concerned about our son as if he is her nephew. She checked in on us throughout the process to make sure he was okay, and we are okay. I really hope to hug her in person someday. She is an absolute angel. The way she genuinely empathized with us meant the universe to my husband and me. Thank you so much, Deirdra. To the truck driver: He was ALSO amazing!! He was so understanding and also very empathetic. I cannot remember his name for the life of me! He is a tall thin Hispanic man. He's VERY kind and so helpful. Listen, this whole company was perfect. We couldn't have had any more perfect of an experience. We will forever recommend Ultimate 123 Transport to EVERYONE who needs their services.
