From the moment I called and spoke to Irene she walked me through the process of transporting the vehicle and what to expect. Everything on her end was clear and contact was wonderful. The driver was also great Trudy picked up the vehicle from my patents on a Tuesday afternoon and delivered it Saturday evening. We were scheduled for a Thursday delivery but due to issues on the road pick up and delivery were delayed again we were kept in contact with throughout. Delivery ended up being on our wedding day, but driver worked around our schedule and delivered after we arrived home. Hope not too need another transport but would use again and recommend to others.
