reowrd using basic human language I was looking for a reliable, affordable company to ship my car from the east coast to the west coast. I found Ultimate Transport 123 on Google and I am so glad I did. They were very professional and helpful. Deidra was great. She walked me through the process and gave me a great quote. The driver called me on the day of the scheduled pickup and gave me a heads up of his ETA. He took alot of pictures of my car and sent them to me right then and there. The cool thing is that you can track your car via GPS from pick up to drop off. I was given the driver's information so I was able to contact him at any time. He contacted me to let me know that he was an hour away from drop off. He took pictures and sent them to me. I like that there are many ways to pay the driver at drop off. The only downside is that for pick up the trailer was not able to come down my street because I lived on a one-way street. I just drove my car one block over to the main street. For drop off, there were too many trees on the way to my place so I had to meet them at a different location which was not that far away. Besides, that, I had a great experience with this company and I would highly recommend using them.
