Great but better communication would be better

The pick up and drop off was very seamless and on time the pick up was when I needed it to happen and the drop-off took about three days. The only issue that I have is leading up to pick up, there was little to no communication on the timeframe which was difficult because I needed to book my travel and I wasn’t sure when the vehicle would need to be picked up and that was the last thing on my moving list. I think it would’ve been great if I got some sort of text without having to call multiple times.
