Booking process was smooth! Deirdre explained the entire process in detail and my vehicle arrived safe, from South Dakota to the Midwest, within 4 business days of contract signing. A $300 deposit was due at contract signing and remaining amount was due in cash at delivery. I appreciated that Ultimate provided me with an "Estimated" delivery date. The dispatch driver was thorough and took 71 vehicle photos at pick up. Covered transport, a huge plus! The driver arrived about 45 minutes outside of communicated delivery time, so plan for a 2-4 hour time window, to be prepared. GPS tracking of the vehicle was not offered. I would use Ultimate again for vehicle transport.
