The overall service was good. There were unfortunate charges that were unfortunate but expected, as the new battery, the towing, the extra weight charge for cargo in the car, which was expected.
The car arrived a day earlier than expected. The drivers were very professional.
This was my first time shipping a vehicle, but will not hesitate to use their service again.
