These people were lovely and upfront. Jason was the agent who helped me, and he was amazing! He explained everything and got very honest about the fact that many towing companies can be scammy. He explained how this company is upfront with the total pricing, and the contract states the price will not change. It cost $695 to get my car towed from Atlanta, Georgia, to Hendersonville, Tennessee, (roughly 300 miles), which was a very reasonable price. Many companies state you can get a lower price and leave with that, but they then hike up the price after hiring the person who will actually tow your vehicle. These guys made it clear that would not happen, and I understood everything every step of the way with Jason’s explanations. My car got there same day with no issues. Overall 10/10 experience! If I ever need a long distance tow again, I am definitely coming here.
