I had a very complicated situation and Taven worked thru it. It involved a stroke, a hacked credit card, and a flight, leaving my vehicle & computer behind. Throughout these stressful things Taven remained supportive and my car was delivered this morning by a very capable gentleman who arranged to meet me at a gas station near the airport, an hour away from my home, where I had to return my rental car. I will be forever grateful to this company for being understanding, considerate and professional. Thank you for a job well done!
