On the scheduled day we failed. The driver didn't read the details saying this was an inoperable vehicle. I was ticked. But 2 days later (within the 3 day window), a driver who paid attention accomplished the pickup and delivery flawlessly. Dropped the car right where I wanted it. I also had a finance glitch as the first driver wanted a bigger deposit and less cash than the second. My deposit money was refunded to my account before the car arrived. So both major concerns, money and timing, were completely and professionally resolved. I can't imagine what more you could want.
