So this is my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state. And everything went smoothly there. However, when I went to go look up shipping for my vehicle, I was inundated with probably 75+ different shippers with different prices and it was really exhausting. trying to do all of the research But I did. I did not go with the cheapest option. I saw good reviews online and I chose a company. However, that company required a deposit upfront and for over a week they teased me with my vehicle being delivered. It was an emotional roller coaster. It was awful. I was super upset And finally I just reached out to my dealership. They gave me Carlos‘s number not only was Carlos’s one of the most kind people I’ve spoken with in vast contrast with all of these vulture shippers that have been harassing me for days and days on end, but he under promised and over delivered it cost a little bit more than what some of the Shipper’s would, however, the kindness the promptness and response and just being generally treated like a human, which is hard to find these days really sold me so I went with Carlos and within 24 hours. I had my car here 6 states away. I cannot be more grateful for Carlos and his kindness the the attentive communication from the driver. Absolutely amazing recovery of an experience.
