I was very pleased with Ultimate Transport 123. Taven was my first contact. He explained the process thoroughly. I chose to try another company and Taven followed up with a call when he saw there was not a pick-up assigned yet for the day I needed the vehicles to ship. Soon after I made arrangements with Taven to go with Ultimate Transport 123. The driver was delayed a few hours (into the evening after 8:30pm) due to much higher traffic volume. Despite that he was very friendly when he arrived. He inspected and loaded the vehicles in the dark by using his headlamp. I was very impressed by his efficiency. The same driver also delivered the vehicles to the new location at 8am on the scheduled day. He still had the same pleasant attitude and personality as earlier. My suggestion would be that all involved receive a pay increase for a job well done. I will recommend and use Ultimate Transport 123 again if needed. Thank you so much, Dan
