I was skeptical when looking for a company to transport my truck from the west coast all the way to the east coast. I called Ultimate transport 123 and was greeted by Dana. She explained to me how it worked gave me their quote right over the phone no games, no gimmicks, no emails; basically nothing in order to do give me an honest and legit quote. We went under contract the same day getting a driver assigned a day or so later with a pick up date. Had some issues with the first driver and him not making it the two times he said he would pick up the vehicle, so we were given another driver and after that everything went as smooth as it should be the communication is superb. As soon as the truck was pick up I was texted and emailed with a link to track the movement of the vehicle plus pictures of the truck all the way around to include mileage. They said they would be here on Friday ended delivering the truck a day early. The customer service and support was excellent, the price they said I would pay was the price a paid. They did what they said they would do, thank you so much. Also would like to thank to driver and his team for an excellent and exceptional job.
