We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this company! After getting the runaround by another company, not getting return calls and getting strung along for several weeks, we terminated the contract with that horrible company and began our search for someone else. This ultimately led us to Ultimate Transport 123. Joe was quick to call me back after I initiated a request. He listened to me and was very honest with me. He gave me all the info I needed and did not pressure me to make a decision, unlike a 2nd company I spoke to who very rudely hung up on me. It was several weeks until I was able to call back. He did not hound me but I did receive a text stating they're here to help if I was still looking. When we made a decision to go with Ultimate Transport, Joe returned my call right away, sent me the documentation and had my vehicle picked up the same day with an anticipated delivery date given. The assigned carrier contacted us yesterday afternoon to confirm delivery for today with an estimated window for delivery. The driver contacted me 30 min prior to his arrival. Everything went smoothly and the communication was amazing. If we ever need to transport a vehicle again, we know exactly who we will be calling!
