I had a bad experience basically scammed from Road 1 transport and had to contact another transport company to ask some questions.So I called Ultimate Transport 123 and I spoke with Victor. He answered my questions and also offered help. I told him I needed to speak with someone before I could change transporters. He was patient with me and then when I called him, he took care of everything! He reassured me everything would be taken care of and it was. He told me that it might take a few more days because of the holiday but it did not. I spoke to him one day and the next my truck was picked up. I wanted an open trailer and my vehicle was not running. They brought an enclosed trailer which usually cost more and didn't charge me any more. The gentleman that picked up my vehicle was very nice. It was a really good experience once I called Ultimate Transportation 123. My truck that I had shipped from California to Illinois was a 1965 Chevy K10.
