Our camper van transmission failed in a remote part of West Texas. We needed to bring it back to Houston (600 miles). Despite the remoteness (no street address or nearby town) and communication challenges (no cell phone coverage or map), Ultimate Transport 123 located a truck and a driver, picked up the vehicle, delivered it intact to our place and kept us regularly informed on progress. We are very satisfied with the whole service. Jerry was very clear in the initial contacts and quickly recognized the challenges. The truck driver was very professional during recovery, interaction with the land owner where the van was stranded, safely securing the vehicle on the trailer (tires/wheel straps), updates en route, delivery (considerate of blocking street and neighbors driveways). Well done!
