Ultimate gave me a 3 day pick up window & rig showed up right on time in Chandler AZ. Took pictures of entire Honda Ridgeline & loaded onto his rig. I arrived in IL on 4/2 and truck showed up with my Honda 4/3 just as promised. Vehicle had no dents, bumps or scratches. Truck driver was friendly, courteous and efficient. I will be using Ultimate next time I need a vehicle transported.
Cost was fair and reasonable.
