Had 3 different pick up dates and times; nothing regarding the pick up was definitive. The salesperson we booked the transport with never responded to my text or phone calls even though she gave me her personal cell #. Driver was respectful and always answered by calls and questions regarding time frames for pick up and drop off. Car arrived in good shape within the time frame just dirty. Would use again.
