The company has straight forward communication and transacts good business. The representative Jerry explained the entire process and made it easy to understand how the entire shipping process works from the beginning to the end of the process. The company contract was totally explained and they held the ten day guarantee that they would dispatch a carrier. The price was set from the beginning of the process and it didn’t change. Every single step of the process was exactly what Jerry said it would be and there were no hidden surprises or false promises. Overall, the shipping process was very smooth and the company did everything possible to assist with service along the way.
