Everybody at ultimate was great. Dayna was very friendly and quick to get back to me with all my questions. It was an enclosed trailer like I ordered. The driver took 241 pictures of my car before he loaded it. And probably took another 25 of it when he took it off the trailer at my home. They were the most reasonable holder on the Internet. I will use them again. I would recommend you use them.
