We had never shipped a vehicle and had received multiple bids from different companies. Since we had no idea how it worked, Deirdre was the only one who gave me time and explained everything. After this explanation, I realized quickly that many of the lowball offers were probably fraudulent or unable to secure a carrier and raise the rates later. I would use this company again and recommend them to anybody needing to ship a vehicle. Thank you for all your help.
