I spoke with Anthony a couple years ago when I was in a similar situation. I didn't use the service at the time but because of the experience I had with Anthony I kept him in mind. A situation came up and I immediately called Anthony. He got everything set up and the process was smooth. The driver was communicative and arrived on time for both the pick up and delivery. One comment to make, as you may experience this with future customers: The driver was unable to pick up the truck at my home due to the size of his truck and the roads in my neighborhood being to small for him to navigate. Luckily I was able to meet him down the road for him to load up. It might be helpful to establish the limitations of getting vehicles loaded in case the vehicle is unable to be driven to a pick up location or the driver is unable to arrive at that exact location.
