After my bank improperly withheld the initial down payment without properly notifying me, your company failed to notify me of the problem in a timely fashion. As a prior carrier stole a $500 initial payment that is still being disputed i almost canceled your services altogether. Fortunately your subcontractor driver was excellent. I will seek out his services and not yours in the future.
