Our previously scheduled car carrier, (a broker not owning their own trucks), simply did not show up, had no backup strategy or explanation except peak volume timing. even though we had booked weeks in advance. On a friend’s recommendation, we called Ultimate Transport, who politely and professionally included us in their schedule immediately and got the job done extremely well in a timely fashion. Our gratitude for their kindness, integrity, availability and follow through.
