With the multitude of companies out there to transport my new vehicle, there was a lot of research needed on my end. I am leary of getting ripped off, so read hundreds of reviews for many companies. Dana contacted me and we discussed the costs, both upfront and those due upon delivery. I did talk to several people about this transport and listened to how they treated me, some were pushy, some were vague, however Dana gave me straight answers and put my mind at ease. I did think about all companies for a couple days and decided the pushy ones and vague ones were not for me. I had it narrowed down to 3 companies and then further read reviews. One company had over 50 reviews and not a single person had any issues, although enticing it threw a red flag for me. When dealing with the public there is always one person who is never happy. I finally decided on Ultimate Transport 123. I was contacted each step along the way. The driver was quick, responsive, and punctual. They even worked around a family funeral that came up on delivery day! If I ever have to have an item transported, I will go straight to Ultimate Transport 123. Without a doubt they take care of their clients and treat us well. Thank you for all your help.
