Opinion contacting ultimate transport 123 I spoke with Kassi. She was outstanding. Walked me through every step of the process and got everything rolling. This was the last time I spoke with Kassi. Tried several times to reconnect with her and never could. Communication was rough after that. Outside of the communication aspect everything else went very smoothly. My vehicle arrived ahead of schedule in a very professional manner and was charged exactly as quoted. Not a terrible experience.
