I feel like they were not good with communicating. It was a different driver that picked up my car locally and informed me that my car would get there at a certain date and it did not. I did not even get a notification of when it would get there, no updates, etc. When I called to ask about my car, the lady had an attitude and was not very pleasant. Her voice changed 180 when she called to ask me for a review but I feel the communication should've been there from the beginning.
