My vehicle was damaged and I needed it towed to the shop. I’ll give 5 stars as my vehicle was shipped successfully. And Deirdre, my agent, was incredibly friendly and professional. She researched my vehicle, collected many details, and made it a very streamline process. She even first directed me toward more cost effective options outside of Ultimate Transport 123, as they are geared toward longer distances, and it was a little more expensive than i would have liked, but They are a broker and need to get paid too, and I ran into hurdles with my other options. I will mention it would have been nice if the driver spoke english, as some delivery instructions got a little mixed up. Also, I was a little surprised to see the driver show up with just a small 7000gvw trailer, wood ramps, and a pick-up truck. I also would probably preferred he bring a smaller D shackle to utilize the recovery points outlined in the Owner’s manual instead of pulling on the lower control arm. However, I am happy he was able to accommodate the transport in such a short time. I really would like to thank Deirdre, as she was on the ball the entire time and worked hard to find me transport asap. She gets a 10 stars.
