Having never worked with a car transport company before, I had little expectations and no experience. As most of you know there are a lot of shady businesses and scams in this industry that want to take advantage of you. Well, December 26th, 2023 I made a call to Ben, a broker for Ultimate Transport 123, who went out of his way to explain how the industry works, what to look out for and why their company was the best option. Transporting a car during the holidays is difficult due to a skeleton crew of drivers so my timing wasn't the best for a speedy transport. However, Ben communicated consistently and calmed me down when I started to doubt and question. All said and done, the experience was by far the most affordable and the car was delivered without incident and Ben's communication was and is so appreciated. Thank you Ben and use this company, they will make your car transport happen!
