The office people were really good to work with, they picked up my bike within two days and transported it from Texas to Oregon within four days. I was very pleased with their service, my only complaint would be that the carrier was not set up specifically to haul motorcycles, but he did strap it down securely and covered it, and it arrived with no damage.
