Worst experience ever, do not use these guys!!!! Late booking, then driver cancelled, waited 5 more days, nothing. Called repeatedly, no call backs - until I threatened to cancel. Contract said on front page that I wouldn’t get billed until car was PICKED UP (not upon dispatch), but they charged me when first driver was dispatched. Ultimately cancelled and lost my money!!
