The driver was excellent. He handled the motorcycle with great care. He was both professional and personable. The delivery was done in a timely manner. The only problem I had was that I was not made aware of the pick-up time until and hour and a half before the truck arrived. I was at work, 3.5 hours before the end of my workday. Luckily, I was able to do a mad scramble and leave my job early. Not everyone is able to do that on such short notice. A better heads up would to a long way toward making it easier fir clients.
