I've NEVER transported a car before and when I was gifting myself a Jag XJ from California to Alabama, I received so many TEXT and PHONE calls from so many Brokers (Companies) who were Snake Oil SELLERS. EVERY company was trashing the other companies and being very manipulative trying to SCARE me into doing a contract with them.
After almost giving UP and being mishandled by Sonic Auto Transport ( DONT EVER USE THEM, EVER.) I decided to answer a response from ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123. JERRY was my Agent! He was upfront, HONEST, and Genuine! Not to mention, Jerry was Professional. He gave be verifiable facts, and when I asked him about the small amount of Bad reviews online, Jerry made no excuses! Man I LIKED THAT! ... Because he wasn't FAKE! EVERYTHING Jerry at Ultimate Transport 123 told me happened, and fast! I didn't have to contact Jerry for nothing. Everything he explained made sense, and my 2012 Jag was picked up on Friday, and Delivered on Tue, a day before I left the State to celebrate my Graduation! Man, I got my Grad Car which was sharp, a day before I left out of town and 2 days before I graduated! So, you know IM HAPPY! Safe Transport delivered my car ON TIME, they communicate with me, worked with the dealership to inspect the car upon picked up and during drop off. The driver was polite and complementary of the car. The car did need to be detailed due to traveling from California to Alabama but all was well, with no damages. It was HELL trying to find a transport but Ultimate Transport 123 honored their word.
Use Ultimate Transport 123, TRUST ME... and ask for JERRY. I Can't speak for their other agents, but Jerry is the man. We even had small talk about where he and I were from as well as cultural stories we shared. So, I know you will get alot of confusing TEXT AND CALLS for transport just like it did., as a matter of fact, I'm still getting CALLS/TEXT NOW!
In all things mistakes happens because we are HUMAN, with that being said USE Ultimate Transport 123, you will be happy, I can tell you that.
Lastly, Jerry gave me a fair and UPFRONT PRICE. It was more than I wanted to pay, plus other offers can in at under $1000. Jerry explained, they bid out those prices to DRIVERS and the Drivers have to WANT those bids to transport your car. Those low ball offers won't get you far, BELIEVE ME! ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123 will charge you there fee during pick UP and the Drivers fee you will pay directly to them when you pick up the CAR. Also, they provide door2door, but I didn't want Door2Door for privacy reasons and I didn't want the drivers joy riding my new Jag. So I was able to meet at Walmart to pick up my car and drive it home myself. Everything Jerry said would happen, happened, and it happened fast. Jerry found a driver for me on the same day and they were ready to pick up the car that day too! So, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY inorder to pay the Drivers what they're worth is Inorder for them to get you your car and fast! Trust me, I was like, they just want MORE money and trying to rip me off, but that's wasn't the case. DO T FALL FOR ALL Those LOW BALL OFFERS . ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123 isn't expensive but it wasn't a low ball price like the others were sending me, and you'll be notified all the way. Also, after you sign with Ultimate Transport they will ACTUALLY pick the phone back up when you text or call them back unlike other companies.
There's so much I can say, and I'm so grateful to Jerry at Ultimate Transport 123, I'm glad I picked them. I wanted to write a REAL REVIEW because there are fake reviews online In order to get business from people like you and I. Go with this COMPANY, and I hope your experience will be as good as mine.
