I was originally going to go with another company, but Ms. Chelsea swayed me into going with Ultimate Transport. I was told that they were a reliable family company and she answered all of my questions in a convincing manner. Because it was my very first time doing this and I heard bad things about having a vehicle shipped, one of the biggest requirements for me was that there would be a way for me to track the location of my vehicle at all times. I was told that there was a tracking app that would allow me to see it, however, there was no such thing. It was just a little cartoon animation of the location trajectory. On top of that, the company that I was referred to, didn't have a tracker either and I had to constantly reach out to them to keep me updated on the vehicle's location because the texts from them to me were few and far between. Then I was told that I would be sent a text or call when the vehicle was about an hour away and that never happened either. I got a phone call from the driver when he was literally minutes from my house and I had to wake up, get dressed, and be ready for when he arrived. I give the company itself 3 stars for the lack of communication and what I feel is misleading information to convince you to go with them. Now if I had to rate the driver, Roger, and his service, I would give him 5 stars, 10/10. Roger was super efficient in his pickup and delivery and actually communicated more with me than the company itself, when it came to pick up and drop off. Even though we had a few little mishaps, he was always honest about the situation and even managed to get my vehicle to me in the timeframe that I had wanted. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for a vehicle that needs transport, he really is the BEST. All in all, I'd like to thank Roger and Ultimate Transport for getting my car to me safe and sound, I really appreciate it.
