I got a 2014 honda accord sent from MD to CA. And they were very professional. Communication is great, they always answered the phone on first try. Even the driver contacts you when needed to. Just remember to answer calls from the driver as they prefer calls rather than texting (coz it's illegal and unsafe when driving).
