I’ll have to say, I was up until 2am the night before the pickup date stressing because I read tons of negative reviews. Mostly the same thing. “They gave a deposit and never heard from the company again”.. Obviously those reviews were fake. UT did everything they said they would do. I was even able to stay in direct contact with the actual driver through the whole process and he was super nice. Only thing is, if you live in a smaller neighborhood then you’ll probably have to meet the driver at a shopping center where there is more space for the truck. I would definitely use this company again! Hope this helps!
