After struggling to find a tow truck driver through other brokers I decided to give Ultimate Transport a chance and was satisfied with the low price they had given me for the reservation fee and the delivery fee as well as the guarantee that a driver would take on the listing to deliver my car within 3 days. After hanging up i knew i made the right choice calling due to the cheaper price and the swift service. The same day i called I was told that a driver agreed to pick up my vehicle. Even upon delivery the vehicle was brought to me on the date they promised and the driver was friendly and communicated about his ETA updating me on any changes to the ETA.
