First time I've shipped a vehicle! While the pick up time frame was delayed a little it wasn't that big of a deal due to where my jeep was stored. The delivery was GREAT, my driver called me the day before arrival to give me a time frame for when he'd be in my area. True to his word he called me again when he was 1 hour away. The whole experience was fantastic and I will be using them again soon.
